People in Strategy & Consulting drive profitable growth by developing market-relevant insights to increase market share or create new markets. They progress through required promotion into market-facing roles that have a direct impact on sales. Management Consulting professionals design and implement process and change interventions that integrate strategy, technology and people to enable process improvements that create value for clients.

People in our Public Service group serve an array of clients across state and local government, non-profit, and educational industries.

The Public Service Principal Director is experienced in delivering programmatic, operational, and organization design, transformation and service delivery in performance and outcome improvements. The Principal Director will also design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on tasks relating to people and process.

Ability to travel 75%.

Here's What You Need:
- A minimum of 12 years of high value consulting experience
- A minimum of 12 years of public service experience

- A minimum of 7 years of experience leading workstreams and meeting deadlines
- A minimum of 7 years of large-scale delivery experience with minimal help

Bonus Points If:
- You have a bachelor's degree

- You have experience bringing innovative ideas to projects

- Industry Strategy and Consulting experts and thought leaders with proven transformation delivery experience and client development experience

- Experience with public speaking, publications, trade journal coverage or trade association coverage.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
