What You'll Do- Evaluate and treat patients with a focus on neurologic and functional outcomes
- Develop individualized plans of care with an emphasis on quality and progression
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Utilize innovative tools including HEP platforms, outcomes tracking, and RTM (Remote Therapeutic Monitoring)
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and caregivers
What We're Looking For- Licensed PT in the state of Connecticut (or eligible)
- Interest or experience in neurologic rehabilitation (training available)
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- A clinician who values patient-centered, high-quality care

Compensation:Our target pay range listed for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 annually and represents RVNAhealth's commitment to pay transparency and is a reasonable estimate of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final salary for this role will be determined based on careful consideration of a variety of factors, such as the candidate's exact location, experience, and expertise related to the qualifications.
