PSYOP Planner, Senior
The Opportunity:

As a PSYOP Planner, you will shape the integration of influence activities across joint and combined operations by developing PSYOP plans aligned to commander's objectives and operational phases. You will conduct in-depth target audience analysis to identify behavioral drivers, vulnerabilities, and desired influence outcomes, using those insights to craft effective concepts, themes, and narratives. In this role, you will synchronize PSYOP activities with joint, interagency, and coalition partners to ensure information-related capabilities are aligned and mutually reinforcing. You will integrate PSYOP planning into operational orders, annexes, and supporting plans while assessing the operational environment to identify information opportunities, risks, and adversary patterns that affect mission success. You will coordinate message approval processes, ensuring consistent alignment for production, distribution, and dissemination across multiple platforms. You will also recommend PSYOP tasks, capabilities, and resources during planning and mission analysis, while producing measures of performance and effectiveness that evaluate the impact of influence activities. You Have:
  • 10+ years of experience in PSYOP planning, influence operations, or operational planning fields
  • Experience developing PSYOP plans aligned to commander objectives and operational phases

  • Knowledge of Service component functions and Combatant Command relationships, with experience coordinating PSYOP activities through Service, Joint, coalition, and interagency channels
  • Knowledge of DoD, Joint, and Army doctrine, policies, and regulations
  • Experience with joint or service level information operations planning
  • Experience with CCMD AOR

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
