Job Overview:Join the nation's leading provider of pediatric rehabilitation as a full-time Psychotherapist (LCSW) at Children's Specialized Hospital (RWJBH), providing essential individual, family, and group therapy to inpatient and outpatient populations. We are seeking a compassionate clinician with 1+ years of experience to join our multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality care, team consultation, and clinical supervision to support children and adolescents. This role offers the flexibility to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic hospital environment, with evening work required.
Qualifications:Required:
- NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- 1 year of professional Social Work experience
Certifications and Licenses Required:- NJ Social Work License
- AHA BLS Provider Certification
- Valid Driver's License
Scheduling Requirements:Essential Functions:- Provides effective individual, family group psychotherapy as indicated
- Identifies realistic goals for psychotherapy
- Attends program development and case conferences as indicated for patients treated or evaluated
- Provides in services to staff and community agencies as requested by Supervisor
- Disseminates findings accurately and sensitively, according to Department policy
- Provides supervision to staff, fellows, interns and externs as indicated
- Provides effective team consultation as needed
