Full Job Description
IU Health Medical Group East Region in Muncie, Indiana is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team!

Position Details
  • Full-time employed position
  • Monday - Friday
    • 32 patient facing hours/week
    • Open to a 4-day work week (10 hour days)
  • 100% outpatient work at Ball Memorial's Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinic ( 1200 W White River Muncie, IN 47303 )
  • Established team of Psychiatrists, Psychologists, & Nurse Practitioners
  • No teaching or research responsibilities, but opportunity in the future if desired
  • ADHD screening/testing, psychological testing, testing interviews, and individual therapy
  • All testing material suppled; If EMDR trained, EMDR light bars and tappers are available in office
Responsibilities
  • Performs complete diagnostic evaluation of patients by administering the appropriate tests and measurements to determine level of impairment.
  • Performs direct patient care services utilizing appropriate techniques and procedures as defined by the department.
  • Develops a treatment plan based upon the evaluation, patient goals and goals established to optimize treatment and the recovery of the patients.
  • Modifies treatment programs at regular intervals documenting patient progress and response to treatment.
  • Provides education, training, and support to patient/family to assist with treatment requirements , discharge planning and home programming.
  • Strives to meet and exceed individual/patient/ family and other customer expectations.
Qualifications:
  • PsyD or PhD required
  • Current licensure by the State of Indiana as a Health Services Provider in Psychology (HSPP) preferred
  • Open to new graduates and experienced providers
