PAY: $250.00
LOCATION: VA Medical Center Hampton, VA. 100 Emancipation Dr., Hampton, VA 23667
SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, Monday-Friday, as needed between 8:00AM-4:00PM.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Must possess a current and valid medical license to practice medicine in any state with no activity.
- Must have graduated from an American Medical Association approved school of medicine with a doctor's degree in medicine.
- Must be board certified/board eligible.
- Must be Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certified, in accordance with the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
JOB DUTIES: Shall be responsible for, but is not limited to:- Admitting.
- Diagnosis of patients.
- Developing treatment plans.
- Managing, including the performance of timely treatment.
- Discharge/transfer.
- Including all needed medical record documentation.
- Outpatient care.
- Seeing all new patient referrals with accompanying medical records.
- Seeing severely mental ill patients.
- Evaluation disposition E-consult.
- Post-discharged follow up.
