Virtua Medical Group is actively seeking a full-time
Outpatient Behavioral Health Psychiatrist to join our growing Behavioral Health team in Southern New Jersey at our Moorestown and Voorhees locations. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, compassionate psychiatric care in a collaborative, patient-centered outpatient practice.
What You Will Do - Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment for adult behavioral health patients in an outpatient setting.
- Develop individualized treatment plans while promoting recovery-oriented, evidence-based care.
- Collaborate with psychologists, therapists, primary care providers, advanced practice providers, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
- Build meaningful therapeutic relationships while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of Virtua's Behavioral Health services.
You will receive a competitive compensation package starting at
$300,000 , with actual pay based on experience, internal equity, and market alignment. This role also includes eligibility for a productivity-based incentive bonus in accordance with the terms of your employment agreement.
