Virtua Medical Group is actively seeking a full-time Outpatient Behavioral Health Psychiatrist to join our growing Behavioral Health team in Southern New Jersey at our Moorestown and Voorhees locations. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, compassionate psychiatric care in a collaborative, patient-centered outpatient practice.

What You Will Do
  • Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment for adult behavioral health patients in an outpatient setting.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans while promoting recovery-oriented, evidence-based care.
  • Collaborate with psychologists, therapists, primary care providers, advanced practice providers, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
  • Build meaningful therapeutic relationships while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of Virtua's Behavioral Health services.
