Responsibilities

  • Participate in team-based treatment planning and case reviews.

  • Participate in urgent behavioral health services, including same-day assessments and consultations.

Psychiatrist

Pay Range: $130 - $133 per hour

 

Are you a dedicated Psychiatrist passionate about working with children and families? YOU Inc. is seeking a skilled physician to join our behavioral health team, delivering comprehensive, person- and family-centered psychiatric care in both clinic and community-based settings.

In this role, you’ll provide evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, and consultation services while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support youth with diverse mental health needs—including access to urgent and integrated care services.

Collaborative Care
  • Work closely with therapists, nurses, care coordinators, peer specialists, and primary care providers.

Urgent & Integrated Services
  • Participate in urgent behavioral health services, including same-day assessments and consultations.
  • Support integrated care efforts across clinical and community settings.
Documentation & Quality Improvement
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with agency, state, and federal regulations.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, case conferences, and trainings.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education.
