Psychiatrist Full Time Desert Ridge, AZ

$300,000 base salary + incentives

Realistic total compensation up to $450,000+
No call. Ever. Outpatient-only practice
8:1 staff-to-physician ratio - exceptional clinical and administrative support
Flexible schedule (4-5 days/week)

The Role

As a psychiatrist at Serenity, you'll practice at the top of your license in a supportive, innovative environment:
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
• Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite with a highly trained support team
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
• Optional involvement in clinical research and innovation initiatives

No prior TMS or ketamine experience required - training and support provided.
