Position Summary

Join a collaborative behavioral health team dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care. Under the supervision of a Director or Staff Physician, this role evaluates patients, supports diagnosis and treatment planning, and provides independent psychotherapy in both individual and group settings. You'll play an important role in advancing patient care, supporting treatment outcomes, and contributing to a multidisciplinary care environment through administrative support and clinical supervision of junior staff.

Competencies

Education
  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, mental health, or a related discipline required

Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of general policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients
  • Background gained through academic preparation and 6 months to 1 year of experience in psychiatric therapy within a clinical setting

Skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and apply clinical data in patient evaluation and ongoing treatment
  • Ability to develop treatment plans and monitor patient progress effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for counseling patients and collaborating with physicians, social work staff, and other healthcare and mental health professionals
  • Ability to provide direct patient care for a percentage of work time established by the program
  • Demonstrated ability to balance independent clinical responsibilities with team-based care and support

Required Licensure / Certification
  • Licensure appropriate to discipline required, such as:
    • Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C)
    • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

Work Experience
  • 2 to 3 years of related experience required


Salary Range: Minimum 34.62/hour - Maximum 57.19/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
