Your Role at Blossom Counseling:As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Blossom, you'll be at the forefront of delivering compassionate care to clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough psychiatric assessments and formulating accurate diagnoses.
- Developing individualized treatment plans, including medication management and therapeutic interventions.
- Educating clients and their families about mental health conditions and self-management strategies.
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
- Offering crisis intervention support for acute psychiatric needs.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation to ensure quality care.
- Staying current with best practices in psychiatry through ongoing education and training.
What We're Looking For:- Board Certified PMHNP with at least 2 years of post-graduate experience in adult psychiatric care.
- Active Pennsylvania licenses to practice and prescribe, and DEA license, with Controlled Substance Registration.
- A deep commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care.
- Experience in both in-person and telehealth outpatient settings.
- Proficiency with technology and telehealth platforms.

Salary $110 - $140 per hour
