Your Role at Blossom Counseling:

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Blossom, you'll be at the forefront of delivering compassionate care to clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting thorough psychiatric assessments and formulating accurate diagnoses.
  • Developing individualized treatment plans, including medication management and therapeutic interventions.
  • Educating clients and their families about mental health conditions and self-management strategies.
  • Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
  • Offering crisis intervention support for acute psychiatric needs.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation to ensure quality care.
  • Staying current with best practices in psychiatry through ongoing education and training.


What We're Looking For:
  • Board Certified PMHNP with at least 2 years of post-graduate experience in adult psychiatric care.
  • Active Pennsylvania licenses to practice and prescribe, and DEA license, with Controlled Substance Registration.
  • A deep commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care.
  • Experience in both in-person and telehealth outpatient settings.
  • Proficiency with technology and telehealth platforms.

  • FBI, PSP, and ChildLine.
  • Background check
