Compensation (Pay): $130,900 to $160,990/annually, based on experience. *Other compensation may include signing bonuses, rural differentials, and relocation reimbursement. Summary of Benefits:

Job Summary: Peak Vista seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatric Physician Assistant to provide psychiatric services within our primary care clinics. This provider will be joining the Integrated Psychiatry team, collaborating directly with patients and primary care providers, working with patients of all ages (pediatric, adult, geriatric). Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic psychiatric conditions, delivering preventive care, and collaborating with an integrated healthcare team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. The provider also maintains timely documentation, participates in quality improvement and community outreach initiatives, and supports Peak Vista's mission to improve access to compassionate, high-quality healthcare. Required:
  • Active, unrestricted Colorado medical license.
  • For nurse practitioners, certification in PMHNP specialty. For PA-Cs, a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Psychiatry
  • Active, DEA registration, preferred.
  • Comfortable providing care to patients across all age groups.
  • Ability to manage an average patient volume of approximately 20 patients per day.
  • Experience utilizing or willingness to learn a template-based electronic medical record (EMR) system, such as EPIC.
  • Commitment to team-based care and integrated healthcare delivery.
Federal and State funds are available for loan repayment for eligible candidates.
