Ade Medical Group is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and patient-focused Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing clinic.
We are looking for a provider who is passionate about mental health care and enjoys building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients. This is an opportunity to become an integral part of our clinical team while providing high-quality psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and medication management.
Position Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
- Diagnose and treat a broad range of mental health conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs.
- Provide psychiatric medication management and monitor treatment response.
- Collaborate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment options and medications.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a professional clinical environment.
- Participate in care coordination and follow-up as needed.
Qualifications - Current Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification.
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
- Prescriptive authority, as applicable.
- DEA registration or ability to obtain one, if required.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered psychiatric care.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Previous psychiatric or behavioral health experience preferred.
