However, we are also open to an experienced PMHNP with a strong background in treating mood disorders who is motivated to develop expertise in interventional psychiatry and take an active role in building the program. Qualifications - Current Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification - Active or eligible Minnesota APRN licensure - Prescriptive authority and ability to obtain/maintain required controlled-substance credentials - Experience providing psychiatric evaluation and medication management - Strong clinical background in mood disorders and outpatient behavioral health - Ability to work collaboratively while also taking ownership of program development - Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills Compensation $130,000-$150,000+ annually Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and the level of responsibility and leadership you take within the interventional psychiatry program. Why This Opportunity Is Different This is more than a traditional outpatient PMHNP position. You'll have the opportunity to help build an interventional psychiatry program from the ground up, while having dedicated treatment support and an established practice behind you. If you're an experienced PMHNP interested in Spravato, TMS, treatment-resistant depression, and the future of interventional psychiatry, we'd love to connect with you.
