Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Full-TimeWorking under the leadership of our Vice President of Psychiatry, the PMHNP will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, treating, and supporting the behavioral and mental health needs of our diverse client population.

Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments
- Perform psychiatric medication evaluations and ongoing medication management
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment recommendations as appropriate
- Collaborate with therapists, psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other members of the treatment team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Provide ongoing psychiatric follow-up and continuity of care
Requirements
Qualifications- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Active Maryland Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license
- Current DEA registration and prescriptive authority preferred
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team
