Full Job Description
Job Summary:

An exempt position responsible for providing psychotherapy and medication evaluation and management to a range of patients having mental illness or substance abuse disorders under the supervision of a collaborating psychiatrist.

The ideal candidate should be committed to helping the patient population (includes uninsured and underinsured) reach optimal mental health and support the plans and operations within a Patient-Centered Medical Home.

Qualifications:
  1. Current unrestricted APRN License in the State of Ohio
  2. Specialized training in the field of behavioral health
  3. Excellent working knowledge of behavioral medicines and treatment for mental health conditions.
  4. Accurate understanding of psychiatric diagnoses and their medical and behavioral management.
  5. Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner's Program.
  6. National Board Certification as a PMHNP
  7. Two years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
