PS Security Response Technical Project Manager
Description -Job Summary• This role is responsible for actively participating in the delivery of internal projects, typically of small to medium scale, with local scope and a low to medium level of associated risk. The role excels in overseeing project financials and providing dependable financial forecasts to management. The role maintains relationships with stakeholders ranging from first level to mid-level within the organization and directs small project teams. The role also involves tracking project progress, facilitating meetings, and contributing to research and data analysis to support informed decision-making.
Responsibilities• Engages closely in the delivery of internal projects, typically encompassing small to medium scale, straightforward projects of local scope, presenting a low to medium level of associated risk.
• Demonstrates proficiency in overseeing project financials, consistently achieving or surpassing approved budgets.
• Engages in the process of providing dependable financial forecasts to the management.
• Maintains and nurtures relationships with stakeholders spanning from first level to mid-level within the organization.
• Directs the project team, which includes both internal and external resources, typically consisting of fewer than ten or less individuals.
• Ensures that time, expenses, and invoices are accurately tracked and approved against the project in a timely manner.
• Facilitates project meetings and uses engaging, informative methods to ensure clarity.
• Tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators for quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.
• Develops conclusions, recommendations, and written reports, contributing proactively through research and data analysis support, and sharing knowledge to foster a knowledge management culture.
• Works independently on moderate scope problems, applying professional expertise, exercising judgment, and resolving various issues by following company policies and procedures.
Education & Experience Recommended• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in project management, HP Services business units and with global projects, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.

The pay range for this role is
$65,600 to
$101,000 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
