Full Job Description
The PRS Profitability Specialist will be responsible for the following:
  • Financial controllership for advance propulsion programs
  • Provide financial analysis for operation teams supporting product decisions
  • Core responsibility is provided financial coordination and business case calculations using Corporate KPI metrics
  • Communicate program position to Senior Management and Project Teams
  • Consolidate project financial inputs ensuring proper business case development
  • Ensure Program definitions are consistent with cash-in hypothesis (selling price, mix, volumes, CO2/fuel consumption)
  • Be the interface for profitability between Vehicle projects and Powertrain projects
  • Ensure proper integration of PRS advance project decisions into vehicles business-cases


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related Business/Economic degree
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant finance work experience
  • Proven technical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrate exceptional data management skills
  • Demonstrate exceptional written, interpersonal, and oral communication
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advance Finance degree and/or Finance or Accounting Certifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience with exposure to commercial and/or product development groups
  • Minimum of 3 years of variance analysis experience (actual/budget/forecast comparison)
  • Results oriented: must possess the ability to plan, develop, implement and measure results
  • Work well on board based and diverse teams, both as a member and team lead
  • Self-motivated, proactive and a self-stater
