Role Overview: The Provider Partnership Team Lead supports corporate strategies by combining business knowledge with technical expertise to drive data-informed decision-making.
Work Arrangement:- Remote - This role is fully remote, and the associate must be able to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours
- Must have reliable high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
- Internet reimbursement may be available where required by applicable regulations
Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver data-driven solutions, including reports, datasets, and analytics across key business areas
- Translate business requirements into both ad hoc and recurring reporting solutions
- Review and validate work produced by Analysts and Senior Analysts to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Ensure the integrity and reliability of source data and reporting outputs
- Analyze results and provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Support strategic initiatives by identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities through data analysis
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support business needs and operational improvements
- Provide guidance and oversight to analysts to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
Education & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Management, Information Science, or related field required.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in data reporting or analytics within the healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of medical claims (inpatient and outpatient) and billing processes
- Experience with provider network operations preferred
- Demonstrated experience presenting insights to senior leadership and external stakeholders
Skills & Abilities:- Proficiency with data and reporting tools such as SQL, SAS, or Microsoft Access
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into business recommendations
- Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and validation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to guide and mentor team members
- Self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
