Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or Program Management.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in automotive project management, ideally within manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated experience in collaborative project teams focusing on documentation and implementation of project requirements.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for financial modeling and presentations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, capable of engaging with executive and senior management teams.

Responsibilities

• Collect and document CAPEX and transformation cost estimates for propulsion system programs.
• Create and present leadership review/approval presentations.
• Participate in product meetings to identify and monitor requirements for Industrial Strategy interventions.
• Track and report planned activities related to product actions across multiple forums.
• Conduct financial analyses, including make/buy evaluations, related to cost planning.
