Responsibilities- Develop and refine persuasive proposal content tailored for RFQs, RFPs, and qualification submissions, ensuring clarity and impact.
- Collaborate with project teams and senior leadership to craft compelling narratives, case studies, and technical descriptions for proposals.
- Support the preparation of interview presentations and client meetings, ensuring materials are polished and strategically aligned.
- Coordinate and update marketing content, including website and social media channels, to strengthen brand visibility.
- Assist in maintaining proposal and marketing resource libraries, ensuring easy access to templates and technical assets.
- Facilitate seamless communication across internal teams and external vendors to guarantee timely delivery of marketing materials and proposals.
- Contribute to internal process improvements and branding initiatives to foster a cohesive marketing strategy.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in marketing, proposals, or professional service marketing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines within a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint, with a capability to produce visually consistent content.
- Experience in proposal development, pursuit strategy, and client-focused marketing.
