Proposal Management Specialist

Position Responsibilities:- Develop a Content Library Management system to enable Artificial Intelligence (AI) usage for proposal responses.
- Apply project management principles to a proposal environment, which involves applying sound business judgement to develop accurate and timely proposals/contracts.
- Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure alignment on proposal content.
- Ensure the proposal response is documented, approved as appropriate and meets all required internal standards.
- Provide reports, project status and change information to project team per established processes and communicate plan changes and recovery plans to others.
- Contribute to ongoing proposal best practices by identifying and leading projects that enhance proposal efficiency and quality.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):- 5+ years of experience in a role requiring project / program management
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- 3+ years of experience in proposal management skills
- 5+ years of experience in demonstrating exceptional flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments, effectively collaborating with large, dispersed global cross-functional teams across various time zones
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):- Ability to work multiple proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tool
- Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools
- Experience with either contracts or proposals
- Proven attention to detail and data quality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree

Summary pay range: $129,200 - $174,800
