ResponsibilitiesThe Property Manager (APM) will work/report directly to the CEO and CFO of the hospital in the oversight and management of the real estate assets with the overall goal of optimizing asset within the community. The PM will play a key role in executing both portfolio and property specific strategies with local leadership and corporate real estate department, evaluating operations, tenant relationship, support day-to-day property operation, analyzing the needs of the property and hospital, and preparation of required deliverables. The ideal candidate understands the unique operational, regulatory, and tenant service requirements of medical office buildings (MOBs) and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
QualificationsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
Required qualifications:
1. 3 to 5 years of commercial property management experience, preferably in medical office buildings or healthcare facilities. 2. Strong understanding of property operations, tenant relations, and project management. 3. Fully proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel in particular)4. Strong organizational and matrix management skills.5. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, prioritize, meet deadlines, and be resourceful and flexible, while maintaining absolute professionalism and a customer service mindset. 6. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications:
1. Experience in research tools such as: Co-Star and Real Capital Analytics.2. Prior experience with YARDI, MRI, and/or other accounting software, not required but is a plus.3. Construction management experience is a plus.
4. Comfortable with mechanical matters
5. Previous sales experience/aptitude

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $74,880.00 to $100,776.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
