We are seeking an Infrastructure, Data, and Automation Engineer to play a key technical role in advancing Property Claims' cloud-first data initiatives and automation strategy across Microsoft Fabric, Azure, AWS and on-premises Linux environments. This role will design, build, and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure and automation solutions that enable real-time decisioning, operational reporting, advanced analytics, and vendor integrations across the Property line of business.
Key ResponsibilitiesCloud Engineering- Design, provision, and maintain Azure resources including ADLS Gen2, Event Hub, Function Apps, networking components, and Azure SQL Managed Instance.
- Develop and manage Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and Env0.
- Support GitHub-based CI/CD integration for infrastructure and application delivery.
- Build and maintain solutions across Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse, OneLake, Pipelines, and Real-Time Analytics.
- Enable secure vendor integrations through SFTP and API-based patterns
On-Premises Engineering- Support Linux-based engineering environments and operational workloads.
- Develop Python-based ETL processes and automation solutions.
- Manage and support Airflow orchestration for data pipeline execution.
- Integrate with Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, AWS S3, ADLS, and OneLake platforms.
- Support secure SFTP and PGP-encrypted data exchanges.
Data Engineering and Analytics- Deliver real-time operational insights and automated reporting capabilities.
- Support predictive modeling and advanced analytics initiatives.
- Contribute to data platform modernization across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver end-to-end engineering solutions.
Preferred Qualifications- Strong Python skills, particularly within data engineering, ETL, and automation use cases.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including query development and data modeling.
- Experience working with Oracle databases.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services such as Event Hub and ADLS storage.
- Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code tooling.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience designing, building, or supporting ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Experience supporting external vendor integrations.
Preferred Experience- SFTP integration and secure file-transfer patterns.
- API-based vendor or system integrations.
- Hybrid cloud and on-premises engineering.
- Cross-platform data movement across cloud storage, databases, and analytics platforms.

CompensationCompensation offered for this role is $75,100 - $130,200 and is based on experience and qualifications.
