In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: - Support the design, configuration, and implementation of digital twin simulation systems that meet customer and project requirements.
- Develop, test, and validate control logic models that accurately replicate real-world power plant operations in simulated environments.
- Collaborate closely with process simulation engineers, project managers, and cross-functional partners to solve problems and share learnings.
- Participate in customer-facing activities such as simulation validation, performance testing, and acceptance testing.
- Contribute to global and cross-disciplinary projects by supporting senior engineers and gaining exposure to multiple engineering domains.
- Proactively learn simulation tools, automation platforms, and industry standards to support career growth and expanded technical capability.
- Support the development and improvement of internal tools and processes that enhance the efficiency of digital twin projects.

For This Role You Will Need: - A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a similar STEM degree
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on engineering experience, ideally related to automation, simulation, controls, or similar technical disciplines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn new tools and concepts efficiently
- Clear and effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- 5 years of engineering experience in automation, simulation, or controls
- Experience with simulation platforms (e.g., HYSYS, MATLAB, Simulink)
- Exposure to power generation systems, plant operations or industrial environments
- Prior experience supporting customer-facing projects, training programs, or technical workshops
- Interest in continuous learning and staying current with industry advancements in automation, simulation, and control systems
