  • Control vendor timesheets and update purchase orders upon project completion
  • Monitor and report on commercial aspects relevant to project execution

Job Description Summary
Nous recherchons un pour Responsable de la chaine d'approvisionnement l'entité Hydroélectrique Amérique du Nord de GE Vernova.

Le gestionnaire de commodité est responsable de la stratégie d'approvisionnement de biens et services dans le cadre de projets de réalisation de groupes turbine-alternateurs de projets hydroélectriques. Il peut s'agir principalement d'auxiliaires mécaniques ou électriques, de structures mécano-soudées, de pièces forgées et coulées et de composantes d'alternateur.

Pilote l'exécution de la portée du projet allouée pour maximiser les résultats en ce qui concerne la trésorerie et la marge. Assure une livraison dans les délais conformément au contrat. Possède une interface entre l'ingénierie, la planification et la chaîne d'approvisionnement.

Drives execution of the allocated Project scope to maximize results with respect to Cash & Margin. Ensures on time delivery in compliance with the contract. Owns interface between Engineering, Planning and Supply chain.

Rôles et responsabilités
  • Développe et met en œuvre avec le directeur de projet la stratégie pour l'exécution de la portée du ou des projets alloués.
  • Met en place et sécurise les ressources nécessaires à l'exécution du projet en collaboration avec le directeur de projet
  • Garantit que les exigences de qualité et EHS sont appliquées pendant la phase de fabrication ou d'achat du projet
  • Coordonne les réclamations d'approvisionnement auprès des fournisseurs Mises à jour et revues R&O du(des) projet(s)
  • Construire, diriger et encadrer une équipe de projet engagée pour la portée du ou des projets alloués Définit les buts et objectifs des projets, évalue les performances
  • Ordres de modification : contrôlez les feuilles de temps des fournisseurs et mettez à jour les bons de commande à la fin des travaux
  • Surveille le suivi des commandes d'achat effectué par les équipes
  • Sourcing, Make or Buy, Phases Site, en accélérant les fournisseurs dans le processus d'anticipation de 6 semaines
  • Passage de bons de commande pour les récommandes du site et les urgences du site Exécution du bon de commande pour la conception externe
  • Développe et surveille le calendrier principal, gère le flottement du projet pendant l'ingénierie
  • Assiste régulièrement aux examens de conception et d'avancement
  • Assiste régulièrement aux évaluations des progrès du site
  • Coordonner la logistique et le transport aller et retour
  • Fournit un retour d'expérience à l'équipe d'appel d'offres

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develops & implements with the Project Director the strategy for the execution of the allocated Project(s) scope
  • Sets up and secures the necessary resources for the execution of the project together with the Project Director
  • Ensures Quality, EHS requirements are applied during Make or Buy phase of the project
  • Coordinates with Sourcing claims to suppliers
  • Updates and reviews R&O of the project(s)
  • Builds, leads & coaches a committed Project team for the allocated Project(s) scope
  • Defines Projects goals and objectives, evaluates performances
  • Change orders: control vendors timesheets & update POs at completion of works
