Qualifications

• Experience supervising projects in the water or wastewater industry is required.
• Preferred experience with managing craft and self-performing work.
• Hands-on experience with cast-in-place concrete, piping, and mechanical equipment is essential.
• Strong supervisory experience is necessary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Current training in various safety protocols, including Trenching and Fall Protection is required.
• History of successful multi-million-dollar project completions is a key asset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor workplace safety and enforce safety policies.
• Ensure project quality standards are consistently met or exceeded.
• Manage short-term scheduling for manpower and equipment.
• Coordinate permit and regulatory inspections efficiently.
• Control field documents, including daily reports and progress photographs.
• Handle material management responsibilities, including inventory and storage.
• Facilitate subcontractor coordination effectively.
• Oversee jobsite hiring as necessary.
• Maintain accurate As-Built drawings throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in post-construction reviews to enhance future project performance.
• Oversee small tool management for the jobsite.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of contract documents pertinent to projects.
• Implement jobsite security measures to ensure safety and integrity.
• Complete every project within defined time and budget constraints.
• Report accurately on quantities and maintain timely timekeeping records.
• Identify and communicate changes in project scope to the Project Manager during execution.
