Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent trade experience at a management level.
• 3-15 years of experience managing technical commercial/industrial projects over $50 million, preferably in design-build.
• Proven capability to supervise employees and subcontractors to meet budget and schedule requirements.
• Demonstrated strong commitment to safety and quality with a solid project safety record.
• Willingness to travel or relocate to job sites when required.
• Creative, results-driven mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
• Physical capability to walk job sites, navigate scaffolding, and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project resources with preconstruction, design, engineering, and site management teams.
• Supervise construction crews and subcontractors to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Enforce safety and quality standards across all construction activities.
• Conduct site inspections and oversee quality control for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Manage field operations and onsite construction management for complex projects.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders.
• Address and resolve project challenges efficiently and creatively.
