About the Role
As a Project Specialist, AI & Digital Solutions, you will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives across the organization. You will help ensure projects are executed efficiently from intake and prioritization through implementation and value realization while leveraging modern technologies such as Generative AI, automation, and low-code/no-code platforms.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with business and technology teams to improve delivery effectiveness, accelerate innovation, and enable the adoption of AI-powered solutions that enhance productivity, decision-making, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
As a Project Specialist, AI & Digital Solutions, you27ll be responsible for:

• Managing digital and AI-related projects throughout the entire lifecycle, including intake, planning, execution, implementation, and closure.

• Supporting the adoption of AI-enabled delivery practices, including Generative AI tools, copilots, automation technologies, and low-code/no-code solutions.

• Coordinating project governance activities, ensuring alignment with business priorities, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and risk management requirements.

• Facilitating project intake, prioritization, resource planning, and portfolio tracking activities.

• Developing and maintaining project dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting tools using platforms such as Power BI, Jira, ServiceNow, Asana, or similar solutions.

• Identifying opportunities to leverage AI for process automation, reporting improvements, predictive insights, and increased delivery efficiency.

• Collaborating with business leaders, product teams, engineering teams, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Monitoring project risks, dependencies, and issues while driving mitigation plans and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Supporting agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid project management approaches.

• Promoting a culture of innovation, accountability, and data-driven decision-making across digital initiatives.

Requirements
We are looking for people who are analytical, innovative, collaborative, and passionate about leveraging technology and AI to solve business challenges.
As a minimum, you must have:

• Bachelor27s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience managing digital, technology, transformation, or business improvement projects.

• Experience leading projects from intake and requirements gathering through implementation and post-go-live support.

• Practical experience using Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms within a professional environment.

• Experience participating in AI-related initiatives, proof of concepts (PoCs), automation projects, or AI solution implementations.

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or traditional project management methodologies.

• Experience with project tracking and reporting tools such as Jira, Power BI, Asana, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.

• Advanced English proficiency.

• Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• Experience with AI governance, Responsible AI, or enterprise AI adoption initiatives.

• Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms and workflow automation tools.

• PMI, Scrum Master, Agile, or related project management certifications.

• Experience supporting digital product delivery or software development teams.

• Knowledge of cloud technologies, data analytics, or digital product management.
