Qualifications

• 10+ years of quality management experience in construction projects, particularly in pipeline, power, oil, and gas sectors.
• Strong understanding of standard quality practices, including nondestructive examination and documentation review.
• Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication abilities.
• Sharp attention to detail with strong critical-thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while ensuring compliance with all internal and external quality standards.
• Commitment to championing safety and ethical behavior in line with company values.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project quality management plans and associated reports/procedures.
• Audit various aspects of engineering, construction and corporate support services for compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct gap analysis of client's quality requirements and third-party stakeholder compliance.
• Interface with clients for audits and ensure adherence to their requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and liaise with regulatory agencies as needed.
• Manage QHSE databases to track trends and highlight necessary corrective actions.
• Facilitate 'lessons learned' sessions to communicate insights across the organization for future project improvements.
• Lead or participate in the QHSE steering committee to promote a strong company culture.
