Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Project Manager with experience working in SharePoint, Conluence, Jira, training, and onboarding proficiencies. This role is ideal for someone who can independently manage tasks, collaborate effectively with technical teams, maintain organized, high-quality content across multiple platforms, and train users in best practices. You'll support cross-functional projects by training and supporting team members on documentation and best practices, and ensuring documentation is accurate, accessible, and aligned with established standards. The position will have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Manage SharePoint and Confluence content, including page updates, structure organization, permissions, and template usage. Assist with records management activities as required
- Use Jira to track tasks, support project workflows, update issues, and maintain dashboards or reports
- Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including guides, procedures, knowledge articles, and project materials
- Create training and briefing materials, support administrative onboarding with access requirements
- Recommend improvements to documentation, workflows, templates, and content organization
- Ensure content meets organizational standards for clarity, consistency, formatting, and accuracy
Required Skills and Education- Minimum 7 years of experience in technical editing, document organization/management (5 years of experience with a Master's degree)
- Proficiency using Jira and Confluence
- SharePoint site administration experience
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills; team player
- Must have current Secret security clearance

Preferred Skills and Education- ICBM weapon system and program support experience
- Experience with the Air Force Tongue and Quill, Air University Author and Style Guide, The Chicago Manual of Style, and the US government Plain Language Guidelines
