As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering land development and municipal engineering projects that support growth and enhance the communities we serve. Working alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, you will lead projects from concept to completion, applying practical solutions to complex challenges and delivering infrastructure that makes a lasting difference.

Your Impact- Deliver land development and municipal engineering projects that strengthen communities and enhance infrastructure resilience throughout southern Alberta and beyond.
- Manage the full project lifecycle for land development and municipal infrastructure projects, from concept design through construction and post-construction acceptance, including residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments, as well as roadway and municipal reserve works.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, designers, technologists, and subconsultants to achieve high-quality, compliant project delivery aligned with municipal and regulatory requirements for public and private sector clients.
- Act as a key client contact for developers, municipalities, and agencies, fostering strong relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and practical project insight.
- Prepare and oversee approval submissions, including engineering drawings, technical reports, servicing briefs, planning applications, and environmental documentation.
- Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and contract administration, while supporting procurement and coordination of subconsultants and contractors.
- Support construction-phase services through RFIs, shop drawing reviews, progress certifications, field reviews, and resolving site-related challenges.
- Mentor junior staff and support their development in technical delivery, project coordination, and client service.
- Contribute to business development activities, including proposals, fee estimates, and client presentations, to support growth in land development and municipal infrastructure services.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, municipalities, and industry stakeholders, while staying informed of market trends and best practices.
The Skills That Set You Apart- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or CET designation in Alberta with 4+ years of municipal infrastructure experience.
- Project Management Institute PMP certification is an asset.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and navigate local planning and approval processes.
- Proven understanding of the land development process, municipal standards, permitting processes, servicing strategies, and grading design best practices
- Expertise in watermain, sewer, and road design, supported by strong construction administration knowledge.
- Demonstrated experience navigating CCC and FAC processes.
- Experience managing and coordinating survey and materials testing scopes
- Proven ability to oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design drawings and specifications
- Experience reviewing contractor progress claims and recommending payment
- Familiarity with Alberta Environmental standards and guidelines.
- Proficiency in civil design tools such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD, modelling software, and project coordination platforms would be an asset.
- Creative problem-solver with strong judgment, organizational skills, and the ability to navigate competing priorities with confidence.
- Valid driver's license and readiness to engage with municipalities across southern Alberta.

CompensationAB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YK: $89,800 - 118,900
MB & ON: $81,900 - $112,800
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $81,100 - $107,700
