The Role:We are seeking to expand the Viz.ai Implementation team by adding a
Project Manager. This role will be responsible for coordinating and managing the installation of Viz.ai products at our customer's facilities.
You will:- Support concurrent implementation projects
- Utilize standard project documentation and tracking
- Ensure that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meeting client expectations
- Conduct client-facing training sessions in-person and remotely
- Provide regular reporting on project status, deliverables, risks and issues

Requirements:- 3+ years medical software and system implementation experience
- Knowledge of DICOM and networking standards, as well as hospital workflows
- Experience with leveraging AI tools / solutions to increase job output efficiency and repetitive task automation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills; comfortable in a client-facing role
- Bachelor's Degree in a related healthcare discipline, information systems and/or equivalent knowledge and experience is required.
- Travel up to 15% of the time, project-dependent
