Position OverviewThe Project Manager for Marketing & Communications leads the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that support brand, creative/design, content, digital, and communications strategies. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, stakeholder expectations, and measurable business outcomes, serving as a central point of coordination to ensure assigned projects are delivered on time, on strategy and on budget.
Key Responsibilities• Manage the full project lifecycle, including intake, scoping, resourcing, prioritization, execution, and delivery for marketing and communications initiatives.
• Develop project plans and define and manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to define goals and requirements.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through proactive communication, risk identification, and solution-oriented problem solving.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment across content, communications, creative, and digital teams.
• Provide clear escalation pathways and recommendations when risks, delays, or scope changes arise.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project briefs, and status reports and dashboards.
• Establish clear intake and prioritization processes aligned with departmental and organizational goals.
• Lead project team meetings, status updates, and stakeholder reviews.
• Help drive adoption of project management tools and methodologies across the department.
Identify opportunities for process and tool improvements and efficiencies, and implement changes as needed.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
Experience: 5+ years of relevant professional experience required.
Licensure: None.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
The pay range for this role is $85,000.00 - $109,153.00 annually. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
