IK Systems is hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead complex low-voltage security and construction projects from start to finish. If you're a strong communicator, thrive in fast-paced environments, and know how to deliver projects on time and on budget, this may be the role for you.
We're looking for a candidate who brings a structured, team-focused approach to project execution-someone who can manage stakeholders, budgets, schedules, and field teams while ensuring safety and quality at every stage.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of low-voltage projects, including planning, procurement, installation, and commissioning
- Lead project execution using industry-standard project management methodologies
- Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams to meet schedule and performance goals
- Monitor and report on project profitability, risk, and forecasting
- Ensure worksite safety, compliance with OSHA, and adherence to company safety standards
- Provide coaching and accountability for field teams, aligning efforts with customer expectations and company standards
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in low-voltage project management or commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor oversight
- Valid driver's license and comfort working in both office and job site environments
- PMP certification (or equivalent) strongly preferred-candidates with this credential will be prioritized
- Familiarity with regulated markets and managing complex installations is a plus
Work Environment & Schedule:This role includes a combination of office and field work. After a six-month onboarding period, employees may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule, based on performance and project needs. Some travel to customer job sites is required.
