*This role can be based anywhere in the USA. Travel of up to 80% is required.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day project delivery, coordinating teams, and working closely with client stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and with measurable impact. This role offers broad exposure to consulting delivery and the opportunity to develop strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills.

You will manage the execution of consulting projects, ensuring effective coordination of teams, high-quality outputs, and strong collaboration with client stakeholders. You will play a key role in translating analysis and recommendations into practical, implementable actions.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing day-to-day delivery of consulting projects across client engagements
  • Coordinating project plans, timelines, resources, and deliverables
  • Supporting client stakeholders through regular communication, reporting, and issue resolution
  • Overseeing defined workstreams related to operational improvement, risk, or transformation initiatives
  • Conducting workshops, interviews, site visits, and assessments as required
  • Supporting development of presentations, reports, and implementation plans
  • Ensuring delivery quality, consistency, and alignment with dss+ methodologies
  • Supporting the development of junior consultants through guidance and coaching

Who you are

Experience
  • Experience in consulting, project management, operations, or a related field
  • Experience supporting or managing project delivery and defined workstreams
  • Exposure to transformation, operational improvement, or change initiatives preferred
