7+ years project/program management experience, including 3+ years in state/local government or human services IT programs
Hands-on software implementation expertise, including experience managing system integration, platform rollout, or API/iPaaS-driven implementation efforts
Strong reporting, escalation management, and stakeholder communication skills

Serve as the single accountable point of contact for MNIT/DCYF program leadership
Lead end-to-end UAT coordination across the 8 pilot agencies including test scenario design, tester coordination, and issue tracking
Own monthly and weekly governance reporting and dashboards for State sponsors
Manage escalations and communications regarding issue resolution with pilot agencies
Maintain a project plan, risk log, and conduct status meetings aligned with the project schedule
Represent the firm at the mandatory Stage 2 interview

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UAT coordination across the 8 pilot agencies (7 counties + White Earth Nation) - test scenario design, tester coordination, issue tracking/triage with dev teams
Own monthly/weekly governance reporting and dashboards to State sponsors (Deliverable 4)
Manage escalations, SLA oversight, and communications back to pilot agencies on issue resolution
Maintain project plan, risk log, and status meetings aligned to the Oct 2026-Jul 2027 schedule
Represent the firm at the mandatory Stage 2 interview
