Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred; relevant experience considered.
• Willingness to travel globally and manage extensive travel (130-150 days/year).
• Ability to interpret project specifications and construction/drawing documents.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and practices.
• Excellent technical and mechanical skills alongside proficiency in Word, Excel, and basic AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead contact for internal and external communications after receiving Purchase Order.
• Assist with pre-sale site visits in collaboration with sales representatives.
• Develop scope of work specific to Musco projects.
• Create and assess RFQs for subcontractor selection.
• Coordinate project logistics including delivery, storage, and installation.
• Oversee and manage on-site installations of Musco lighting systems.
• Conduct commissioning of lighting systems to ensure operational integrity.
• Train customers on the functionality of lighting system controls.
• Finalize inspection processes and generate project close-out reports.
• Handle invoice approvals and coordinate with the Credit department for final billing.
