Your Impact- Deliver innovative transportation designs for municipal roads, transit systems, and private developments.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, and construction phases, ensuring projects meet client expectations and WSP standards.
- Develop creative solutions by liaising with municipalities, developers, and regulatory authorities.
- Drive business development initiatives and prepare compelling proposals to secure new opportunities.
- Manage project budgets and schedules while mentoring junior staff to foster growth and excellence.
The Skills That Set You Apart- A degree in Civil Engineering and registration as a Professional Engineer with EGBC.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in transportation design and project management.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from concept to completion, including financial oversight.
- Expertise in municipal infrastructure design and construction practices.
- Strong client relationship skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
CompensationAB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YK: $122,900 - $162,800
MB & ON: $112,100 - $154,400
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $111,000 - $147,400
