What's in it for you:

The Project Manager is responsible for working with Trane Residential HVAC teams to manage all aspects of programs and small- to medium-scale projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time, in-budget completion. This includes estimating costs, resources, and time to completion; managing cross-functional teams; setting deadlines; communicating with company executives about the state of the project; and adjusting, if necessary, to meet new requirements.

The position requires problem-solving and interpersonal skills, the ability to challenge the status quo, drive innovative thinking, and the capability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at the same time, successfully. The selected individual will direct cross-functional teams to drive key organizational projects that will result in both short and long-term growth for the organization!

What you will do:

Create long- and short-term plans, including setting milestones, adhering to deadlines, and allocating

resources.
  • Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them.
  • Identify and manage potential risks of multiple projects.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and goals.
  • Make effective decisions across multiple options for how to progress with the project.
  • Serve as facilitator and leader for your projects to ensure clear communication throughout the project team
  • Communicate with Executives to keep projects aligned with goals.
  • Perform quality control on projects throughout development to maintain the expected standards.
  • Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needed.
  • Motivate people involved in the project to complete tasks on time.


What you will bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 2-3 years of experience leading projects is required.

Demonstrated success leading multi-functional teams through all project phases while managing risk and project budget.

$77,963.33 - $126,200.00
