Location: Orlando, FL | Full Time | Pay Range: $72,777.56 - $87,683.81/YR (Based on experience and qualifications)

What You'll Do
Drive Project Planning and Alignment
  • Coordinate project scope, schedules, labor plans, equipment needs, routing, and return requirements across multiple teams.
  • Review project documentation, timelines, equipment allocations, and quoted scope to ensure readiness before execution.
  • Organize and distribute production and crew documentation while maintaining project calendars and communications.
Lead Prep and Operational Readiness
  • Serve as the operational lead during project preparation and as the primary point of contact at the designated warehouse.
  • Coordinate crew workflows and support schedule or scope adjustments as project needs evolve.
  • Partner with logistics and operational teams to manage equipment pulls, additions, substitutions, manifests, loading, and shipping activities.
Support Touring Operations
  • Maintain alignment between crew members, production stakeholders, technical teams, and clients throughout execution.
  • Communicate updates, coordinate labor needs, and address operational issues as they arise.
  • Escalate client requests, equipment concerns, labor challenges, or scope changes when appropriate.
  • Track project progress and provide regular status updates and reporting.
Manage Project Closeout and Returns
  • Coordinate return schedules, planning, and logistics following project completion.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for returning tours and unique return requirements.
  • Support the proper return and separation of company-owned, client-owned, and third-party equipment.
