Job Description:

Lead internal testing of standard equipment (M3) making sure that everything works smoothly to final internal acceptance, directing service technicians' teams and testing procedures are being followed on.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Testing. Lead internal testing phase of M3 machinery at BW's plants according to testing procedures.
• Ensure that products delivered to customers meet the agreed specifications.
• Coordinating work with all stakeholders to align goals and share progress.
• Participate at MCR meeting to support the testing phase
• Generate/maintain testing plans, as well as documenting all progress for project reporting.

Solutions analysis. Produce accurate reports by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting them into standard formats. Interpret data and identify answers. Involves navigating a wide variety of processes, procedures, and precedents and conducting root cause analyses to address operational or system inefficiencies.

Continuous improvement. Systematically document improvement opportunities and collaborate with the Engineering team for validation into standards.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Associates: Technical Field
• Minimum of 8 years of related experience
• Demonstrated project completion experience and ownership
• Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing Principles
