Project Manager
The Opportunity:

In this role, you'll manage the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. You'll work closely with clients to help guide modernization of the Navy's personnel systems to meet modern readiness demands. You'll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to guide the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.

You Have:
  • 7+ years of experience with project management, supporting programs through planning, execution, monitoring, and close out phases
  • Experience coordinating cross functional teams, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and ensuring project alignment
  • Ability to create and maintain product roadmaps that align business objectives, customer value, and technical feasibility
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification

  • Experience managing complex and multi team initiatives
  • Experience supporting strategic planning, identifying business growth opportunities, and aligning work with client missions
  • Experience with risk management frameworks, including identifying risks, scoring them, developing mitigation plans, and monitoring them using standard tools
  • Experience adapting to evolving requirements, managing scope changes, and maintaining delivery momentum
  • Ability to assemble project teams, translate requirements into tasks, and manage resource constraints
  • Possession of strong communication skills for updating stakeholders, leading discussions, and organizing project objectives

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
