Full Job Description

Position Summary:

The Project Manager oversees all aspects of project execution from bidding to completion, ensuring successful management of scope, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction. This role requires proactive coordination across departments—including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Legal, Production, Logistics, Technical, and Customer Service—to drive seamless project delivery. Strong stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and leadership qualities are essential.


What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee project lifecycles, including bid submission, production, installation, and closeout.
  • Ensure engineering designs progress from concept to construction.
  • Manage procurement, vendor negotiations, and material forecasting.
  • Supervise commissioning activities, including inspections, testing, and final approvals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Owners, Contractors, Architects, and suppliers.
  • Ensure financial health by maintaining or improving project margins.
  • Lead FieldTurf personnel development through performance metrics and training initiatives.
  • Uphold professionalism and compliance with the Tarkett Code of Ethics.
  • Directly supervises the Project Administrator.
  • Leads a department responsible for project execution and operational success.
  • Adhere to safety policies and report any concerns.
  • Support company goals through team collaboration.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
