POSITION OVERVIEW: As a
Project Manager at
LJA Surveying, you will be responsible for the daily management of multiple survey technicians and support staff in the Florida Survey Department.
A TYPICAL DAY MIGHT INCLUDE:- Supervision of field operations and technical staff for construction services
- Ability to review construction drawings and prepare construction staking proposals
- Survey calculations, analysis and quality control
- Update job's progress to contractors, developers, and home builders
- Assign and manage projects and workload
- Determine billing and revenue
- Maintain client relations
REQUIRED EDUCATION/LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:- Professional Licensed Surveyor
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:- 5-10 years of work experience
- 3-5 years of management experience
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to build strong client relationships
- Proficient in Civil3D and Trimble Business Center
