Qualifications

• Four-year degree in related field, or applicable experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in construction team management.
• In-depth knowledge of building systems (HVAC, lighting, etc.).
• Strong negotiation skills and financial acumen.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in project management and collaboration with teams.
• Familiarity with building construction processes, codes, and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium sized projects, or sections of larger projects.
• Manage and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Oversee project budgets, cost projections, and financial reports.
• Ensure project cash flow positivity through effective invoicing.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings with clients and teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Mitigate project risks in partnership with project team.
• Manage contract documentation from start to finish.
