Position Summary

If you love managing large construction projects, mentoring others and are passionate about safety, Southland has an opportunity for you as a Project Manager! In this role, you will work on exciting, multi-million-dollar commercial MEP projects, while developing future project managers and leaders.

Position Details
  • Develops client relations by providing project status updates to client and leadership.
  • Managed budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc. for project.
  • Participates in project meetings with internal departments.
  • Partners with stakeholders to ensure scope and direction of project is on schedule
  • Develops budget analysis reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders and other report as necessary.
  • Delegates work and serves as mentor to Project Engineers. Provides coaching and performance feedback as necessary.

Qualifications

Pay: Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For California, this ranges from $100,000.00-$140,000.00 plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.
