Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction team management.
• In-depth knowledge of building systems like HVAC and lighting.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Established project management abilities with financial acumen.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in ERP and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium-sized projects or segments of larger projects.
• Manage and enhance positive client relationships.
• Oversee budget reports, cost projections, and change orders.
• Ensure projects are cashflow positive and manage invoicing.
• Organize and lead project meetings with clients and teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to maintain project scope and direction.
• Mitigate project risks to prevent cost write-downs.
• Handle contract documentation from kickoff to project closeout.
