Responsibilities

  • Organize, plan, and prioritize team and personal tasks
  • Perform project engineering work as necessary
  • Interact with contractors for field installation
  • Interface with business stakeholders, operations, and customers
  • Manage safety and quality programs related to projects
  • Prepare detailed project plans and manage control elements
  • Influence team members to improve design practices

  • You will independently manages multiple small to mid-size EPC projects simultaneously
  • Supports new plant proposals as required
  • Additionally you will recognizes problems or situation that are new or without clear precedent
  • Evaluates alternatives and finds solutions using a systematic approach, develops improvements and innovations to enhance project performance
  • Knows how to leverage the organization to achieve objectives, strategically positions project for short and long term goals
  • Also you will proactively engages present and future stakeholders in design, priority setting and implementation
  • Able to analyze risk and future impact of decisions
  • Monitors entire project execution life cycle for compliance with all applicable safety rules and regulations
  • Coordinates all work within the scope of assigned projects and ensures that objectives are met and within budget
  • Organizes, plans and prioritizes work of project team and self
